Ms Corinne Montineri is the Senior Legal Officer at the International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, which functions as the substantive secretariat for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. She is currently the Secretary of Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform and also services the sessions of Working Group II on Dispute Settlement. Before joining the United Nations in 2003, she was Legal Counsel in the legal department of French companies. Ms Montineri holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Private International Law and International Trade Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Paris I and a degree in Economy and Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris.
